Over the past 3 years our spray contact adhesive has become popular with the shopfitting trades, it is economical, easy to use, and an extremely strong adhesive used for post forming and many other situations, it has been proven over many years with no failures. To ensure our customers have a wide choice of adhesives we have now introduced EASY-BOND SPRAY CONTACT ADHESIVE. Not only will this product keep our customers up to date with the latest adhesive technology, this product will enhance our adhesive range and ensure we have the products our customers require. We have sourced this product from the original manufacturers who have a base here in the UK, so our customers can have the benefit of full UK technical support.
EASY-BOND SPRAY CONTACT ADHESIVE
A self contained pressurised cylinder that allows the operator complete freedom from compressors and electrical connections, this means it can be portable in the workplace and does not use valuable spray equipment that may be used elsewhere. EASY-BOND contains no CFCs it has a high heat resistance and excellent tack time, it’s the ideal adhesive for the shop fitting industry.
EASY-BOND is simple to use, just plug in the spray gun (supplied extra and guaranteed for life), turn on the pressure and spray, no set up time required, when the job is complete just store the equipment, no clean up time, no set up time, this will save labour costs and save money.

EASY-BOND permanently bonds a wide variety of materials, it has a high solids content and is water resistant. It has a fast tack time of 2 mins and has permanent flexibility. It has no adverse
effects on most plastics.
EASY-BOND's unique web spray pattern ensures complete coverage and ease of use, just follow these simple instructions:
· Surface should be free of dirt and loose material
· Maintain a constant speed of application, do not puddle adhesive, 80%-100% coverage is required for best results
· Maintain the gun at 12” from the surface being sprayed, allow spray to web across
the surface while having a 1” overlap with each pass.
· Keep spray gun at right angle to the surface
· After coating both surfaces to be bonded allow EASY-BOND to set open for two minutes or until adhesive has tacked up.
· Once tacked align surfaces and press together, bond will be instant and permanent.
EASY-BOND SPRAY CONTACT ADHESIVE is packed in pre pressurised containers each holding 37.5lbs of adhesive and propellant, if sprayed correctly EASY-BOND give 80 square ft of coverage per lb, therefore each can will give you 3000 square ft. There is no set up time with EASY-BOND and no clean up time, simply plug in the spray gun, turn on the pressure, use, finish the job and store, simple..
EASY-BOND is supplied in clear or red for identification, it will bond wood. laminate, moulded fibreglass, foams, sheet aluminium, steel, plastics, cork, glass, PVC, felt, particle board, carpet and many other materials
EASY-BOND CONTAINERS ARE PRESSURISED AND SHOULD BE DISPOSED OF SAFELY. THE CONTAINERS SHOULD NOT BE PUNCTURED OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY, KEEP AWAY FROM FLAME AND HEAT.
